YEE-HAW! Stegall Home Gets Down on the Ranch
Our week was filled with fun as we rounded up the answers to our questions for God at Saddle Ridge Ranch VBS at Hopewell Baptist Church. We asked God: Who Am I?; Does God Care About Me?; What’s God’s Plan For Me?; and How Can I Be Like Jesus? We learned that we are God’s creation- that he made us with His hands- he spoke everything else into being, but made us with His own hands. We learned that God does care about us and has an awesome plan for our lives, and that we can be more like Jesus by showing compassion to others. We sang praises to God, of course did a little line dancing since we were down on the ranch, and had some good grub from our time with the chuck wagon. The ranchers of Stegall Home even helped lead the worship time during the church service on Sunday morning. We had an awesome time at Saddle Ridge Ranch and came away closer to God!
