Stegall Home Loves Their Volunteers
Saturday, May 8th, was a busy day for Hopewell Baptist Church as they completed many projects for their Operation In As Much Day!
Stegall Home was a blessed recipient of some wonderful help! We had a group of about 23 middle school youth boys that took the residents fishing at the Stegall Lake and had a hot dog cookout. Luckily, the fish were biting on this day and each resident caught approximately 6 fish a piece- as if that wasn’t exciting enough, one of the youth boys caught a 6 ft. black snake and they saw two other snakes- EEEWWW! 
Then we also had a group of about 10 people painting some more of our home- now all of the resident’s rooms and bathrooms are painted, along with the staff bedrooms and bathroom. Everything looks beautiful! We are so thankful for our home church and all of the wonderful members who give so much of their time to us! We truly are blessed beyond anything we deserve and we give God all the glory!
