Hot Dogs with a “Southern Accent”
The Joy Cove family enjoyed a great weekend attending a hot dog roast hosted by a friend in the community where they ate, sang, played games, and made smores over the fire. Several of the residents entertained by singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, “Wake Up Little Susie”, and “Jesus Loves Me”. They also attended a music festival featuring bluegrass gospel singers, “Southern Accent” and many other bluegrass and gospel groups at the old Cove Creek School. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the weekend.
