Goodness Grows at Joy Cove
Union Baptist Church built and donated a second raised garden for Joy Cove this year. We have now doubled our vegetable growing capacity. This week saw 10 tomatoes planted along with onions, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, cilantro and beans. We are planning to make our own salsa this year and its a race to see whose recipe will be used.
